Because we offer immediate digital access to our premium educational content upon payment, we adhere to a clear and transparent Refund & Cancellation policy.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Qorix Premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active with premium benefits until the end of your current active billing period, after which it will automatically downgrade to the free plan. We do not offer partial refunds or prorated credits for cancellations made mid-billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the immediate delivery and downloadable nature of structured learning roadmaps, curated coding questions, and video lectures:

• Digital Product Policy: Subscription fees are generally **non-refundable** once the payment is processed and premium access is activated on your account.
• Exceptions: Refunds will only be evaluated in the event of documented technical platform failures that prevent access to premium content, or duplicate transactions due to payment gateway errors.

3. Double Billing & Payment Verification

If you experience a technical error resulting in double billing or a successfully processed transaction that fails to activate premium features:

• Send a support request with your registered email and Razorpay transaction reference ID.
• We will investigate the payment logs, verify the transaction, and refund the duplicate payment if applicable.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source and take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
