Refund & Cancellation Policy

Qorix is an educational platform providing high-quality roadmaps, coding questions, and live 1-on-1 mock interview preparation sessions with industry professionals.

Because we offer live mock interview scheduling slots that require booking resources, we adhere to a clear and transparent Refund & Cancellation policy.

1. Mock Session Non-Refundability

All paid mock interview sessions booked on Qorix carry a flat fee of **₹49 per session**. Once scheduled and paid, this fee is **strictly non-refundable**. We do not offer refunds, partial credits, or cancellation refunds for sessions that the candidate misses or cancels.

2. Double Billing & Payment Errors

If you experience a technical error resulting in double billing or a successfully processed transaction that fails to update your booking slot:

• Send a support request with your registered email and Razorpay transaction reference ID.
• We will investigate the payment logs, verify the transaction, and refund the duplicate payment if applicable.
• Approved duplicate refunds are processed back to the original payment source and take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
