Terms of Service

Qorix is an educational platform providing high-quality learning roadmaps, coding resources, and paid 1-on-1 mock interview preparation sessions with industry professionals.

By registering, accessing, or booking a session on Qorix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform or book any mock sessions.

1. Scope of Services & Platform Access

Qorix offers free roadmaps and resources, and a paid Mock Interview service. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any feature, course, roadmap, tool, or scheduling slot at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

2. Accounts & Booking Access

To unlock certain features or book mock interviews, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information during signup.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Not share your account credentials with others. Shared accounts are subject to immediate termination.

3. Mock Interviews & Secure Payments

Qorix charges a flat fee of ₹49 per session for Mock Interview bookings.

• Billing & Processing: All session fees are processed securely via encrypted merchant gateways (Razorpay). Qorix does not view, collect, or store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank passwords.
• Non-Refundable: All mock interview session payments of ₹49 are final and non-refundable once booked.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time. Any pricing updates will be posted on the website.

4. Platform Intellectual Property

All platform designs, logos, custom codebases, structured learning roadmaps, curated company questions, written explanations, and graphics are the intellectual property of Qorix and Mayank. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the content for personal preparation. You must not copy, scrape, distribute, resell, or record our proprietary materials.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Qorix provides all learning resources and mock sessions on an “as is” basis. While we strive to offer high-quality feedback, we make no guarantees regarding learning outcomes, interview clearance, or target company offers. In no event shall the owner or operator of Qorix be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, claim, or dispute arising under these terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
