By registering, accessing, or subscribing to Qorix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform or subscribe to any premium plans.

1. Scope of Services & Platform Access

Qorix provides both free and premium access to DSA roadmaps, company-wise preparation modules, video lectures, and support materials. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any course, roadmap, tool, or video lecture at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

2. Accounts & Subscription Access

To unlock certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information during signup.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Not share your account credentials or premium subscription access with others. Shared accounts are subject to immediate termination.

3. Subscription Plans & Secure Payments

Access to our premium roadmap tracks, detailed company-wise coding explanations, and video lectures is billed on a subscription basis.

• Billing & Processing: All premium plan fees are processed securely via encrypted merchant gateways (including Razorpay). Qorix does not view, collect, or store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank passwords.
• Immediate Activation: Your premium subscription will be activated automatically once the payment transaction is completed.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans and adjust pricing at any time. Any price changes will be posted on the website.

4. Platform Intellectual Property

All platform designs, logos, custom codebases, structured learning roadmaps, curated company questions, written explanations, graphics, and video lectures are the intellectual property of Qorix and Mayank. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the content for personal preparation. You must not copy, scrape, distribute, resell, or record our proprietary materials.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Qorix provides all learning resources, roadmaps, and video lectures on an “as is” basis. While we strive to offer the most accurate coding roadmaps and questions, we make no guarantees regarding learning outcomes, problem-solving performance, or specific assessment scores. In no event shall the owner or operator of Qorix be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, claim, or dispute arising under these terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
